 Buhoma Mukono Community Development Association (BMCDA) located in Nkwenda village near the entrance to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a community initiative that has brought together over 7000 community members for a common cause of development, conservation of natural resources and improved livelihoods.
OUR MISSION is to "Initiate a development process focussing on women and children empowerment, quality education, health, communication, conservation and recreation through a sustainable resource base in Mukono parish."
All our employees are from the community this is how tourism is giving back to the community and they are benefitting through job vacancies.
